As part of our cooperation with FabrykaForm.pl (over 65 000 products and over 250 000 transactions), we executed a complete, dedicated eCommerce platform, both in the area of the store itself and the so-called back-office tools supporting the store’s operation. We have performed a number of integrations with warehouse, accounting, billing, and logistics systems. We provided support when it came to both front-end and back-end work. We periodically supported the project with consultancy services.

Intranet ERP class system for copyright and contract management

Based on the presented business assumptions and legal regulations, our team has implemented an extensive system for managing and processing contracts based on copyright and licenses over approximately two years. The entire ecosystem included mechanisms allowing for automatic settlements between contractual parties based on sales data taking into account the content of the concluded contracts. The system allowed for the discretionary shaping of contractual provisions between the parties, both in legal and financial terms. It enabled the client to transfer tens of thousands of contracts from paper to the electronic version.

For reasons of confidentiality, we cannot disclose details of the project name. The scope of our participation was comprehensive – from analysis through the UX, the UI, backend + frontend development to hosting. As part of the works, we created both WWW and Desktop software. We developed our own solutions for compression and optimization of the transferred image. We implemented P2P communication between users to optimize the server-client transfer consumption. The project was an experiment and reached the MVP version. It is currently not being developed further.

Execution of LMS class software for the Early Stage language school

For the needs of the Early Stage language school network, we developed an LMS-type system supporting the management, coordination, and planning of school activities. The software is constantly being developed. It is based on PHP/Symfony + Angular technologies. As part of the collaboration, we provided the client with a Team Leasing service (back-end dev + front-end dev + QA). The goal of creating this software was to automate business processes and significantly improve the quality of services provided. In addition to programming services, we also provide maintenance and hosting care for the application created.

TrainingHub

A large system supporting training and networking management. It is a closed SAAS-type platform dedicated to educational units that enables comprehensive implementation of training programs. It includes the management of participants, training resources, evaluation tests, purchasing modules and participant servicing. The platform can be integrated with the SAP system, it has the whole module of the company’s organizational structure, complex processes of acceptance of the development path. Software prepared for internal implementation in large organizations. Our participation in the project lasted about 2 years, apart from software implementation we designed application architecture. We took an active part in first implementations inside large organizations as a consulting company.

Implementation and maintenance of PanWybierak.pl (MVP)

Our company was responsible for the implementation of the programming part of the project (apart from the UX/UI) as well as for the care and maintenance of the server infrastructure. The most interesting elements of the system are the modules that pair TERYT locations with the realistic availability of services offered by operators. The detail of service availability is at the building level, which for the whole of Poland and most operators provides a large data matrix. The offer views for the parametrized search are served in a very short time (150-200ms) when it comes to usability. The entire system is integrated with external suppliers through micro-service-based integrators.

A dedicated electronics and software shop OnexStore.co.uk

Commissioned by OnexGroup, we created the concept for their online store. The starting point was the idea/concept. We carried out the entire design process, from analysis through UX all the way to UI designs. In the next phase, we coded the whole front-end of the shop, which was then handed over to the internal back-end team. As part of the project, we provided the client with a design and development team. The work lasted for approximately four months. Once the project is handed over, it is being further developed and modified by the internal team. Our involvement is currently limited to periodic UX/UI consultations and audits.

WMS - Warehouse and logistics management

The creation of an MVP of a dedicated WMS class solution adapted to the operation of a dedicated online store. In its basic scope, the solution we have created significantly improves the post-purchase process in the store by supporting order completion, product localization in the warehouse, optimization of their arrangement, and stock management. The project was an experiment involving mainly our Senior Back-end Developers. The project was developed and reached the MVP and production launch phase in as little as 4 months. It was further developed later on.

Making T-mobile.pl compliant with the WCAG 2.x requirements.

In cooperation with Starcom Mediavest Group, we executed a project for T-mobile Poland which included refreshing the operator’s basic website T-Mobile.pl. Our task was to prepare fully responsive HTML/JS/CSS templates optimized for major mobile and tablet devices. Graphic concepts were developed by Starcom media house. Another major challenge was to prepare page views in accordance with the WCAG 2.0 requirements at AAA level and additional optimization for the visually impaired (such as compatibility with the Aria screen readers). All the work took approximately 5 months and covered around 150 sub-pages.
